In the coming weeks, I plan to post an extensive set of word tutorials on file management, advanced editing, formatting, form filling, and more. so many of the skills acquired in the days of windows are transferrable, that I have been able to get surprisingly comfortable with word. This could be related to talkback or it could be that I am running on the minimum system required for word. I haven't yet figured out how to get full formatting information, but I'm working on it. Some formatting elements are announced, while others are not. In stead, it says "backspace", and leaves it to my imagination. On my setup, talkback does not announce characters being deleted as the backspace is pressed. I find the interface extremely cluttered and keyboard support could be improved. The requirement to sign in with a microsoft account is an extreme agrevation to me, especially considering the size of the app and the need to install one drive on top of that in order to get sharing support.
